Will Rast performs as a solo artist and with a variety of musicians and groups in clubs, concerts,  festivals,  embassy functions and private events by special arrangement.

He performs with trio or quartet, featuring a range of the Washington, D.C., area's finest jazz musicians. Will brings his vast range of playing experience in genres from classical to jazz and hip-hop to all musical settings, and is available for live performances and recording projects. A versatile musician comfortable in any setting, Will studied with jazz pianist and composer Fred Hersch at the Manhattan School of Music, jazz great Ron Elliston, and pianist Bob Sykes at the Levine School of Music in Washington, D.C.

Will's work includes being the Music Director for Acclaimed Washington, D.C., soul vocalist, W. Ellington Felton, playing aux keys in Grammy winning R&B vocalist Mya's touring band, as well as being the leader of his own group, "Will Rast and Friends." Places Will has played over the last few months include New York City, Savannah, Ga., Kansas City, Los Angeles and Miami.
